Jose Rudis Melgar has been in the paving business for over 20 years. He began his career in this industry at H&H Paving in Virginia. After gaining experience, he branched out to establish Rudis Paving and has been in Texas since 2007. Rudis Paving is a full service general contractor working hard to provide customers with the best possible service, value and quality. Rudis Paving uses years of experience to build long-lasting relationships.
